family and I have lived in Woolwich Township, NJ since
1993. I love the Southern NJ area and I enjoy the
opportunity to build homes for families relocating to this
area, or just deciding to “move up” to another home.
I
enjoy having built dream homes for individuals and
families, some of which whom are now my neighbors and
friends. My relationship with homeowners continues long
after they move in – I stand by my craftsmanship with an

am a 2nd Generation builder, as my father started me
building homes alongside him when I was 15. During my 25+ years
of building, I have also worked for a couple of large, “big
name” builders. This has been a major asset as I have learned
areas that the big builders do very well and some areas that I
know I can do better as a small private builder. Nocentino
