The home building process can be stressful; however, we felt that you were building the home with us, not just for us – and that eased our uncertainties. In just a few days, it will be the 5th anniversary of buying our home and we wanted to let you know how pleased we continue to be with our decision to have our home built by you.
When we first saw the house, we immediately fell in love with the style, layout and location. When we looked at the quality of construction, we were impressed by the obvious painstaking attention you paid to details.
Looking back over the years, we recall that you were exceptionally responsive to any request or even the least of questions. In some cases you went well beyond our expectations – such as when you fixed a potential problem with moisture along our front foundation wall. In regards to the house itself, we expected to eventually have the usual new house settling cracks, nail pops, etc. Surprisingly, these were almost non-existent.
Beyond this, you were very proactive in following up with us and asking if there was anything we may be concerned about. We knew that you were sincere – especially based on your previous responsiveness – and felt comfortable that you definitely cared about your product and us.
Once again, we are very pleased with our home and appreciate everything you have done for us. We have and will continue to recommend you to anyone we know is interested in having a new home built.

We are writing this letter to let you know how satisfied we are having done business with you. First and foremost we are in love with our home. The quality and workmanship is remarkable. Upon meeting with you we were extremely impressed with the personal attention you gave to us. Our phone calls and questions were answered more than promptly by you, yourself, and may I say that is quite unusual to have direct interaction with a builder himself. You see we have previously built and purchased a home by a very well know, and what we thought to be a reputable builder. Well if we ever got a return phone call we were lucky, and not to mention all the problems that came along with the “cookie cutter” type homes they were building.
