Bob Nocentino had a dream. Even while he was building homes for some of New Jersey’s, and the nation’s, largest building companies, he dreamed about starting his own building company. With hard work, ambition, integrity and a well-developed business savvy, Bob has realized his dream and more than tripled his business over the last three years — even in this economy!
When we got together with Bob to discuss this month’s cover story and take the photos, I found him to be a dedicated, focused builder who was building his dream company by “building a dream” home for each of his home buyers. One of his homeowners explained to me that nothing was ever too much to ask of Bob. He worked with their dreams to make them come true.
